Almost unbelievably, we are nearing the end of the summer term! Pupils have been working hard in preparation for the forthcoming exam session. Many thanks to the Mums, Dads and Grandparents who have made sure their child has attended extra lessons to ensure their child has the best possible chance of gaining success and achievement.

Some Giselle students have also been pulling out all the stops auditioning against thousands of other dance students around the country (and world!) to try and gain places at the country’s top dance and musical theatre vocational colleges. All those who auditioned were offered places, so a BIG well done to you all. That is a massive achievement, and continues Giselle Academy’s tradition of 100% success rate in our students gaining entry into these colleges.

So, sadly, but with immense pride, we say goodbye to Amy Browne, Beth Relf and Sam Wright in September. Luckily for us, the other students have decided to wait another year or two to leave home!

We will also be saying goodbye to Eleanor on reception. Eleanor has been a pupil at Giselle Academy since she was a little girl. She has hung up her dancing shoes, and has been offered a full-time post at Mayfield School as a Teaching Assistant. We wish you all the best in the future Eleanor.
